The plan includes clear instructions on how to perform each exercise (video tutorials) and a weight/repetition tracking sheet in order for you to keep track of your progress.

*I advise to change your workout plan
every 4-8 weeks

According to the equipment you have available.

Coaching is done via the Trainerize app.  Your program is updated on a monthly basis.
The plan includes clear instructions on how to perform each exercise (video tutorials) and a weight/repetition tracking sheet in order for me to track your progress during the training month and make recommendations.
Online training also includes Diet & Lifestyle Assistance (macronutrient/calorie recommendations) - see below

  • Macronutrient breakdown for your calories, based on your personal goals (protein, carbohydrate and fat quantities)
     

I will provide you with a menu example to start with and teach you how to track your calories accurately via an app (MyFitnessPal).

The monthly package also includes advice on how to stay within your calorie range, unlimited online support and a monthly physical check in to measure, weigh and take progress pictures in order to track progress accurately.
