Trainings are 60 min total duration and includes a warm up, workout and cool down personalized according to your goals.
Circuit Training
60 min - 150 Kč per person
Circuit training is hosted outside in Letna Park. During winter months the training schedule is adjusted and training moved inside.

Coaching is done via the TrueCoach app. Your program is updated on a monthly basis.
The plan includes clear instructions on how to perform each exercise (video tutorials) and a weight/repetition tracking sheet in order for me to track your progress during the training month.
Online training also includes Diet & Lifestyle Assistance (macronutrient/calorie recommendations) - see below.

Macronutrient breakdown for your calories, based on your personal goals (protein, carbohydrate and fat quantities)
I will provide you with a menu example to start with and teach you how to track your calories accurately via an app (MyFitnessPal).
The monthly package also includes advice on how to stay within your calorie range, unlimited online support and a monthly physical check in to measure, weigh and take progress pictures in order to track progress accurately.
